Before submitting a ticket, please answer all questions pertaining to your topic in order to expedite a response to your ticket.


Please READ the following BEFORE you submit a ticket
- Support tickets is mainly for serious questions and inquiries. If you would like to report a Rule Breaker please use Forums Rule Breaker's section to post your report and Screen Shots.
- The GM staff is not responsible for any items lost through sharing account information and/or lending items issues. These tickets will be IGNORED. It is your responsibility to keep your account information and items safe.
- The email attached to your account is one of the most important pieces of information you can supply us with. Please make sure to use this email when submitting a ticket.
- Do not submit a ticket for a friend. Information and Support will only be given to the correct owner of the account.
- When submitting a ticket, make sure you reported the issue as soon as possible. If you were hacked last year and report it 6 months later, your case will not be looked into.

Password Recovery
To recover your password for your account, you must prove to us that you are the rightful owner by providing the following information:
- All Character names, jobs, guilds, and levels
- Email attached to the account
- Approximate date of your last login with the account

E-mail Recovery
To recover your e-mail for your account, you must provide the following information:
- All Character names, jobs, guilds, and levels
- Account Password

Account Recovery
To recover your Account, you must provide the following information:
- All Character names, jobs, and levels
- Email attached to the account
- Account Password
- Guild for each character
- Date of your last login with the account

Ban Inquiries
If you have questions/concerns about a banned account please answer the following:
- Email attached to the account
- Account Password
- Location of play (for example: Net Cafe/Home/Friend's House)
- Last Action (What was the last thing you were doing in the account, server time, town, map, field, etc)

Hacked Accounts
If your account has been hacked, you must provide the following information:
- All Character names, jobs, guilds and levels
- Email attached to the account
- Account Password
- Location of play (for example: Net Cafe/Home/Friend's House)
- Date of your last login in the Account
- Last Action (What was the last thing you were doing in the account during the "Hacking", server time, town, map, field, etc)
- List of any missing items

Item Loss
To recover your lost items, you must provide the following information:
- All Character names, jobs, guilds, and levels
- Email attached to the account
- Account Password
- Location of play (for example: Net Cafe/Home/Friend's House)
- Date of your last login with the account
- Last Action (What was the last thing you were doing in the account, server time, town, map, field, etc)
- List of missing Items

Donation Issue
To help you with your Donation Issue, you must provide the following information:
- Full Name used to pay/donate
- Transaction ID
- E-mail used to pay/donate
- The amount paid (in euros)
- Character you would like the items placed on
- Items you are claiming
